Early check-in as early as 1PM available based on availability and subject to $20 fee.

Late check-out up until 2PM available based on availability and subject to $20 fee.

Photo ID Policy

The reservation holder must present a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in. The credit card is required for any additional hotel specific service fees or incidental charges or fees that may be charged by the hotel to the customer at checkout. These charges may be mandatory (e.g., resort fees) or optional (parking, phone calls or minibar charges) and are not included in the room rate.

Damage Deposit Policy

Guests paying with a valid credit card are subject to a pre-authorization of the total room rental cost as well as an additional $100 for incidentals and damage upon check in. 

All guests paying with cash or debit cards (including debit visa and debit mastercards) are subject to a refundable $400 damage deposit. Damage deposit will be returned to guest after room inspection during check out. Rooms not reserved with a valid credit card are subject to cancellation after 6PM on the day of arrival. 

Hotel Occupancy Policy

All rooms booked for double occupancy (i.e. 2 adults). Accommodations for more than this are not guaranteed.

Room Charge Disclosure

Your credit card is charged the total cost at time of purchase. Prices and room availability are not guaranteed until full payment is received.

Cancellation Options

Cancellations must be 24 hours in advance.

If you don't check-in to the hotel on the first day of your reservation and do not alert the hotel in advance, the hotel reserves the right to cancel your reservation and may charge you a penalty.

Pet Policy

Pets are allowed on request at our pet-friendly hotel in Wetaskiwin, Alberta. Please call to confirm if designated pet-friendly rooms are available.

Cats and dogs are allowed upon manager’s discretion. There is a nightly fee of $20 plus taxes per night for cleaning. Maximum of 2 pets allowed in a room at any time. 

Smoking
